The LLC will identify and evaluate high-potential real estate opportunities—primarily focusing on residential properties across the United States. Each acquisition will be supported by detailed market analysis, risk assessment, and a structured financing plan, with an emphasis on sustainable growth and portfolio scalability.
Objectives
- Acquire 1st property within 3-years and one property each subsequent year
- Establish a revenue-generating portfolio with targeted annual ROI: ~8-12% including equity gain.
- Build credit and financial leverage under the LLC for future expansion following 1st property acquisition
- Leverage tax advantages and liability protection inherent to the LLC structure.
